Add Appointment
window.
Select open menu

Access Active Patient
from the menu.
The active patient record is linked to the new appointment.

View Appointments for the Active Patient
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, open the Appointment Lookup window by doing one of the following: From the main toolbar, select the Appt List button. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup, and then Appointments. Appointment Lookup window Select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Active Patient from the menu. Open the Active Patient Records to Link Existing Appointments
Before you begin You must first remove the link between the existing person record and the appointment. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Appt Book icon on the main toolbar. The Appointment Book window opens. From Appointment Book, open the Edit Appointment window. Select open menu , and then select Clear Patient from the menu. A message appears for your confirmation to delete the person linked to the appointment. To remove the current person or patient from the appointment, select OK. Open Active Patient Records
