View Appointments for the Active Patient

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, open the Appointment Lookup window by doing one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select the Appt List button.
    • From the Tasks menu, select Lookup, and then Appointments.

  2. Select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Active Patient from the menu.
    The Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window displays appointments for the active patient.
