Before you begin
You must first remove the link between the existing person record and the appointment.
- From the main toolbar in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select ApptBook .
- In the Appointment Book window, double-click the appointment.
- In the Edit Appointment window, select the open menu
icon next to the Last Name, and then select Clear Patient.
A confirmation message appears.
- Select OK.
- In the Edit Appointment window, select the open menu
icon, and then select Access Active Patient.
The active patient is linked to the existing appointment.
