View Appointments for a Previous Person or Patient

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select Chart.
    • Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts.
  3. In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
    • Select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments.
  5. In the Appointment Lookup window, select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Previous Patient.
    The last five recently-opened patient records appear.
  6. Select a patient.
    The Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window displays appointments for the previous patient.
