View Appointments for a Previous Person or Patient
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select Chart.
- Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts.
- In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find.
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
- Select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments.
- In the Appointment Lookup window, select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Previous Patient.
The last five recently-opened patient records appear.
- Select a patient.
The Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window displays appointments for the previous patient.
