Set Active Patients

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select Chart.
    • Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts.
  3. In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find.
  4. Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts.
  5. Enter search criteria and select Find.
  6. Double-click the patient with folder indicator.
    The chart of the selected patient opens.
  7. Select the open menu icon next to the patient's name, and then select Set Active Patient.
    The patient is set as the current active patient.
