View Previous Person or Patient Records

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select Chart.
    • Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts.
  3. In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find.
  4. Select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Previous Patient.
    The last five recently-opened accessed people records appear in the sub-menu.
  5. Select a person.
    The details of the previous patient appear on the Update Person Information window.
