When working with multiple patients, you can access a recently accessed patient chart without performing a chart lookup.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- On the main toolbar, select Chart or Chart Lookup
.
The Patient Lookup window opens.
- In the Search Criteria section, enter the patient's information, and then select Find.
Patient records that match the search criteria appear in the Matching Records section.
- Select the patient, and then select Open.
The Patient Chart window opens.
- Select open menu
and select Access Previous Patient.
The most recently opened patient chart list appears.
- Select the patient record you want to open from the list.
The selected patient's chart opens.
