You can modify the appointment and reschedule if needed.
- Select the appointment to be modified, and double-click to open the Edit Appointment window.
- Make the modifications to the appointment as needed.
- Select OK to save changes and close the window.
If any of the following fields are modified, the change is considered a reschedule:
- Date
- Time
- Event
- Duration
- Resource
- Location
- Patient
The Appointment Rescheduling Reasonwindow opens.
- In the Reason for appointment reschedule list, select a reason for rescheduling the appointment, and select OK.
The appointment is rescheduled.
