Modify Appointment Details

You can modify the appointment and reschedule if needed.
  1. Select the appointment to be modified, and double-click to open the Edit Appointment window.
  2. Make the modifications to the appointment as needed.
  3. Select OK to save changes and close the window.
    If any of the following fields are modified, the change is considered a reschedule:
    • Date
    • Time
    • Event
    • Duration
    • Resource
    • Location
    • Patient
    The Appointment Rescheduling Reasonwindow opens.
  4. In the Reason for appointment reschedule list, select a reason for rescheduling the appointment, and select OK.
    The appointment is rescheduled.
