Update Patient Demographics from an Appointment

You can update or change the patient demographics information even after scheduling the appointment from the Edit Appointment window.
  1. Select the appointment to update the patient information, and double-click to open the Edit Appointment window.
  2. Select the open menu button next to the patient's name and select Lookup.
    The Update Patient Information window opens.
  3. Update the patient demographics information as needed.
  4. Select OK to save changes and close the window.
    The Edit Appointment window reopens.
  5. Select OK to save changes and close the window.
