Manage Patient Synchronization

You can configure patient synchronization in NextGen® Enterprise PM from the Suspend PM/EHR application sync setting in your user preferences.

  1. From the Admin menu, select Preferences > User > General.
    The User Preferences window opens.
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. In the Suspend PM/EHR application sync check box, do one of the following:
    • Clear the check box to enable patient synchronization.
    • Select the check box to disable patient synchronization.
  4. To save your changes and close the User Preferences window, select OK.
