Events Tab - Sched Admin

On the Events tab, you define the various types of appointments that will be scheduled for patients in the practice.

Existing events are listed on the tab with the following information:
  • Event: Name of the event.
  • Short: Short description for the event (1 - 3 characters).
  • Duration: Default duration for the event, in minutes.
  • Color: Background color defined for the event.

The following options are available from the open menu button, or the right-click menu:
  • New: To create a new event.
  • Open: To open an existing event.
  • Hide: To hide or unhide an existing event.
  • Print: To print an Event Listing report.
  • Add or Modify an Event You can add events or modify an existing event.
  • You can assign background and foreground colors to an event.
  • Hide an Event You can hide an event from the practice if it is no longer needed.
  • View Hidden Events You can view the hidden event in a practice.
  • Unhide an Event You can unhide a hidden event in a practice.
  • Print an Event You can print an event report that contains the details of the location, duration of the event, the details of the follow up events, and details of service items.
