On the Resources tab, you define people, places, and things for which appointments are scheduled.
Existing resources are listed on the tab with the following information:
- Resource: Name of the resource.
- Type: Type of resource (Person, Place or Thing).
- Interval: Time interval defined for the resource.
- Template: Type of template used for the resource (weekly or daily).
- Max Template Date: The last date to which a template is applied for the resource.
- Provider Subgrouping 1 and 2: Provider subgroupings for the resource, if defined in the Providers master file.
Note:
- The Interval column appears only when the Allow interval overrides check box is selected in the Appt Scheduling tab of the Practice Preferences window.

Note: When you select the
Enable Enterprise Appointment Scheduling option in
Practice Preferences window, the
Scheduling Admin option on the
Admin menu displays the following two options:
The following options are available from the open menu
button or the right-click menu:
- New: To create a new resource.
- Open: To open an existing resource.
- Hide: To hide or show an existing resource.
- Print: To print a Resource Listing report.
