Delete a Profile from User Settings

To delete a profile, you must access the Practice Preferences Payment Processing window and the User Preferences window Payment Processing tab.

  1. Select on the Outlet IDs button.
  2. In Practice Preferences, select Payment Processing.
    The Payment Processing options display.
  3. Select the Outlet IDs button.
    The InstaMed Configuration window opens.

  4. In the Profile field, select the profile configuration that you want to delete. For example Main Office - 55555
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General > Payment Processing tab.
    The Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window opens.

  7. In the Credit Card Profiles list, select the profile that you want to delete.
  8. Select the open menu button , select Delete, and then select OK.
