Delete Profiles from the User Settings

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Admin > Preference > Practice.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  3. Select Payment Processing from the Preference List.
  4. In Credit Card Processor, select InstaMed.
  5. Select the Outlet IDs.
  6. In Practice Preferences, select Payment Processing.
    The Payment Processing options appear.
  7. Select Outlet IDs.
    The InstaMed Configuration window opens.
  8. In Profile, select the profile configuration that you want to delete, and then select Delete.
  9. Close the InstaMed Configuration window.
  10. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General
  11. Open the Payment Processing tab.
  12. From the Credit Card Devices section, select the profile to delete.
  13. Select open menu , select Delete, and then select OK.
    The profile is deleted.
