Set Up Patient Information Bar Practice Preferences for NextGen® Enterprise PM

• In the Table field, select the Open File and then select a table.
• In the Field field, select a field from the table to display the field value on the Patient Information Bar.
• In the Display Label field, enter a label for the field on the Patient Information Bar.

The Display Label is limited to 15 characters. If your label includes more than 15 characters, the field will display an ellipsis (...) where the label is shortened. When you hover the field, the entire label will display in the description.
