Even though the libraries are enterprise-wide, you might not want all practices to have access to every record. You can limit who has access to a library record through Practice Access.
In File Maintenance, select Libraries and select the library.
The List window opens.
Select the applicable library and select open menu button or right-click to display the menu options.
Select the Practice Access option.
The Library Access by Practice window opens.
Select the practices that will have access to this library. At least one practice must be selected.
Note: You cannot remove practice access for a library if it is already assigned to that practice in the Libraries Practice Preferences.
