The 
Encounter Summary Appearance master file enables you to configure the stored procedures and style sheets that are used to display data for a given specialty appearing in the encounter summary on the 
Encounter History tab. 
  
  Note: If the stored procedure and style sheet are not configured on the Encounter Summary Appearance window, the default setting applies to all specialties.
