You can update the stored procedure and style sheet for an existing specialty associated with an encounter.
Open File Maintenance.
Under Master Files, select EHR, and then select Encounter Summary Appearance.
The EHR Encounter Summary Appearance window opens.
Select the available specialty and the stored procedure for the available specialty, and then select Edit.
The Edit <Specialty> for a specialty opens.
Note: If you select the Display no data check box, the data from stored procedure and style sheet for a specialty do not appear in the encounter details of NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Select a specialty from the available list.
Select a stored procedure from the available list for the selected specialty.
Select a style sheet from the available list for the selected specialty.
Select Save.
The stored procedure and style sheet are set for a specialty for the Encounter History tab.
Note: You can sort the search results by encounter date (default), document description, words matched, document format name, or date modified.
