Send Prescription Errors in ePrescribing

When you send prescriptions electronically, the application may display error messages due to the following reasons:

  • Medications older than 30 days
  • Patient's Rx eligibility is missing or older than 24 hours
  • Formulary data is not available
  • Medication is not covered in single formulary coverage
  • Patient has multiple formularies
  • eRx validation error
