Access
NextGen® Enterprise EHR

From the
Admin
menu, select
User Password.
The
Change NextGen Account Password
window opens.
In the
Old Password
field, enter your existing password.
Enter new password in both the
New Password
and
Confirm New Password
fields. Follow the password requirements.
Select
OK
.

Change User Preferences
You can change many of the default user preferences within NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Access NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open Preferences window. Select the tab that contains the preferences to change. Change the preference in the selected tab. Select Apply. Depending on your selections, a warning message may appear, informing you that the preference changes are not in effect until the next time you open the application. Select OK to close the message. Select OK to accept the changes you have made and exit from the Preferences window. To exit without saving changes, select Cancel. Parent topic: User Preferences

Change the Dictator in Settings
Before you begin Ensure that you have a NextGen® Enterprise EHR user license. From the menu bar in NextGen® Mobile, select Settings. In Settings, select the necessary dictator. In Edit Dictator, select Set NextGen Login Defaults. In Set Defaults, select the provider and location, and then select Done. The current dictator information is updated. Reset the User Password
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Users opens. Search for and select a username. Edit User opens displaying User Information by default. Select the settings Settings icon icon, and then select Reset Password. Reset Password opens. Enter and confirm the password, and then select Reset Password. Access Document Mapping
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select Configuration Home and click OK. The Configuration Home window opens.
