The Intake Comments link in the upper right of the Intake template opens a window where the person handling intake can add notes for others in the practice. Pharmacy

Patient is Accompanied By
Use the Patient is accompanied by field to note who accompanied the patient during the visit. This is a multi-select picklist. The picklist remains open until you close it, allowing you to add multiple people. Patient is accompanied by field on the Intake template Click the Patient is accompanied by field to select who is accompanying the patient. The Accompanied By picklist opens. Viewing Links on the Intake Template
The links on the Intake template enable you to open the templates where you can document the patient details. The Intake template associated with the various specialties has the following common links. The links that appear on the Intake template vary depending on the specialty that you have selected. You can also customize the links as per your requirements. Standing Orders.
