Intake Comments
The Intake Comments link in the upper right of the Intake template opens a window where the person handling intake can add notes for others in the practice. Intake Comments link on the Intake template Click the Intake Comments link. The Intake Comments window opens. Type comments in the field. Click Save & Close. The Intake Comments link is now purple. Patient is Accompanied By
Use the Patient is accompanied by field to note who accompanied the patient during the visit. This is a multi-select picklist. The picklist remains open until you close it, allowing you to add multiple people. Patient is accompanied by field on the Intake template Click the Patient is accompanied by field to select who is accompanying the patient. The Accompanied By picklist opens. Enter Hand Dominance

Remove a Pharmacy
Click the Pharmacy field on the Intake template. The Preferred Pharmacy template opens. Click Delete below the pharmacy you want to remove (Pharmacy 1 or Pharmacy 2). Click Close. Parent topic: Pharmacy

Add or Update Pharmacy Information
Click the Pharmacy field on the Intake template to open the Preferred Pharmacy template. Preferred Pharmacy template Scroll, or enter text in the filter fields above the grid to find the pharmacy by Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, Phone number or Fax number. Note: To search for a specific character string or word that appears anywhere in the entry, enter it in the field and click the Search anywhere check box. The example below is a search for all addresses that have Grand as part of the entry. Address field on the Preferred Pharmacy template Select the desired pharmacy. Click the Update button under the Pharmacy 1 or Pharmacy 2 field, to enter it as the primary or secondary pharmacy, respectively. Click Close. Access the Medications Module
You can access the Medications module from the Intake and Medications Review templates. Expand the Medication Module panel. Double click in the grid. Add a Medication Parent topic: Medications
