below the pharmacy you want to remove (

Add or Update Pharmacy Information
Click the Pharmacy field on the Intake template to open the Preferred Pharmacy template. Preferred Pharmacy template Scroll, or enter text in the filter fields above the grid to find the pharmacy by Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, Phone number or Fax number. Note: To search for a specific character string or word that appears anywhere in the entry, enter it in the field and click the Search anywhere check box. The example below is a search for all addresses that have Grand as part of the entry. Address field on the Preferred Pharmacy template Select the desired pharmacy. Click the Update button under the Pharmacy 1 or Pharmacy 2 field, to enter it as the primary or secondary pharmacy, respectively. Click Close. Pharmacy
The Pharmacy field on the Intake template displays the patient’s preferred pharmacy. You can add or update a pharmacy from the Intake template or the Modify Patient Information template. Delete a Pharmacy
Open the Patient Information window for the desired patient. Select the Pharmacy tab. In the Pharmacy #1 or Pharmacy #2 section, select the Open Record button, and select Delete. The pharmacy is removed from the appropriate section of the tab. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Parent topic: Managing Pharmacy Information

Add or Delete Pharmacy Information for a Patient
Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Pharmacy tab. To remove an existing pharmacy, in Pharmacy #1 or Pharmacy #2, select the open record icon, and then select Delete. To add a pharmacy, do the following: In Pharmacy #1 or Pharmacy #2, select the open record icon, and then select New . In the Pharmacy Lookup window, enter search criteria, and then select Find. In Matching Records, select the pharmacy to add, and then select OK. Select OK.If pharmacy information is added for a patient who does not yet have a chart, a message appears stating that the Pharmacy tab data cannot be saved unless a chart is created. Delete Medication Search Favorites List
Open the Medication Search window. Medication Search Select the favorites list you want to delete. Right-click the tab or tab display pane and select Delete Group.
