NumberColumn NameDescription
ServerThe Server column displays the name of the Mirth® Connect server as well as its URL and Mirth® Connect version.

Click the server name to view the . If the Mirth Connect server doesn't have an assigned name, M3 displays Mirth® Connect.

Tip: You can view information on any listed server as long as M3 has previously gathered data on that server. This can be useful for viewing historical data for a server that is currently down.
StatusThe Status column displays the current status of M3's connection to the listed Mirth Connect server. A server may have any one of the following statuses:
  • Connecting - M3 is in the process of connecting to the server.
  • Connected - M3 was able to reach and properly connect to the server.
  • Unsupported Version - M3 was able to reach the server, but the version of Mirth® Connect is incompatible with M3. (M3 supports Mirth® Connect version 3.4.0 and later)
  • Unauthorized - M3 was able to reach the server, but the username and/or password is incorrect.
  • Connection Timeout - M3 is unable to reach the server.
  • Error - M3 encountered an error during its attempt to reach the server.
JVM CPU UsageThe JVM CPU Usage column displays the percentage of the CPU being used by the Mirth Connect Server. If this percentage seems high, it could indicate that you may need to alter your channel logic, upgrade the hardware hosting Mirth® Connect, or make use of Mirth® Connect Clustering.
Memory (JVM Heap) UsageThe Memory (JVM Heap) Usage column displays the percentage of memory allocated to the Mirth® Connect server currently in use. If this seems high, you may need to alter your channel logic or increase the memory you are allocating to the Mirth® Connect server. You may also need to increase the hosting machine's RAM.
QueuedThe Queued column displays the total number of messages currently queued across all destination connectors. If this number is steadily increasing, your Mirth® Connect server may be having problems processing the amount of messages coming into it
