View Details about the Mirth® Appliance by NextGen Healthcare
The dashboard displays information about your appliance and its current state.
In the Mirth Appliance Dashboard, you can view information that is useful for monitoring how the system is operating. Some of the information is also necessary when contacting NextGen Healthcare Support.
To open the Mirth Appliance Dashboard, select .
The Mirth Appliance Dashboard displays information about your appliance and its current state in the following four sections:
- System Status displays version information for the Control Panel, for components, and for applications installed on the Mirth® Appliance by NextGen Healthcare.
- Mirth Messaging Totals displays counts of the number of Mirth® Connect messages received and how the run was processed: Received, Filtered, Queued, Sent, and Error.
- What’s Running displays the services and applications.
- Current Resource Usage displays the appliance’s CPU load as a percentage of the total and the amount of memory and hard disk space used and available.
