The EHR Imaging module subgroup in the System Administrator application sets the rights and permissions for the below NextGen® Enterprise EHR Imaging: Boilerplate Settings Imaging Component Sets Imaging Component Toolbars Imaging Components Subgroup Used in Description Boilerplate Settings NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to create boiler plates for images being used in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Imaging Component Sets NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to create, edit, and delete groups of like imaging components (stamps) that can be applied to toolbars. Imaging Component Toolbars NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to create, edit, and delete toolbars of imaging components. Medical Summary/Data Share Module

The Medical Summary/Data Share module subgroup in the System Administrator application controls access to features of the Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility. Subgroups Used in Description Diagnosis/Problems filter Medication filter Procedure filter NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility These subgroups control the ability to add diagnoses, problems, medications, and procedure codes to the content exclusion list. The Diagnosis/Problems filter setting applies to both diagnoses and problems. For each subgroup, you can control the following types of actions: View: Controls the ability to view search results. Add: Controls the ability to add items to the content exclusion list. Delete: Controls the ability to remove items from the content exclusion list. Update and Print: Not applicable. Subgroup Used in Description Allow Fax NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to fax lab results or radiology orders in the Orders module. Allow Interface Send NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to send labs results or radiology orders electronically. Allow Registry Query NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to do a query of the registry. Allow Search Orders NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to display the Orders Search bar in NextGen® Enterprise EHR when a patient's chart is open (this is the Default). You can change the setting to turn the search bar display off (set to No). If this option is turned on (set to Yes), but the Enable Search Bar Practice or the Search Bar command is turned off, the Orders Search bar is not displayed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The Enable Search Bar practice preference is turned on in File Maintenance>EHR System Master Files> Practices> Preferences> EHR, Enable Orders Search Bar option.
