Remove a User from a Group

Before removing a user from a group, make sure that the user is assigned to at least one other group. A user must be assigned to at least one group at all times.
  1. To remove a user, select either the group you want to remove the user from or select the user you want to remove.
    If you...Then...
    Select the groupIn the Members/Non-Members list on the General tab, clear the check box next to the user's name.
    Select the userIn the Members box on the General tab, clear the check box next to the group's name.
  2. Select Save.
