Email Notifications for Messages Stuck in the Outgoing Audit Message Queue
In the Audit Report Tool, audit messages can sometimes get stuck in the outgoing message queue. To send notifications of such messages to concerned individuals, you can enable and configure the email notification feature in the System Administrator application. The email notification feature is disabled by default. When an audit message is stuck in any workstation for more than the time interval that you specify, the system sends the notification email to the applicable recipients after the user starts any of the applications that use the Advanced Auditing system. The system stops sending email notifications when the user closes the applications.
