In Advanced Audit, you can track changes to NextGen® EDI Messaging. This tracking occurs when a user changes how appointment reminders, balance reminders, and recall plans are sent to the patient. The current methods are email, SMS text, and voice reminders.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select Chart.
- Select .
- In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find.
- Select .
- In the Advanced Audit Setup window, select your practice.
- Select .
- In the Practice Preferences window, select the EDI Services checkbox, and then select OK.
NextGen® EDI Messaging is now available.
