You can view the payment details of a patient from the PAYMENT HISTORY tab. Like the BALANCES tab, the PAYMENT HISTORY tab also contains the Provider list when more than one merchant is associated with a practice.
If the patient wants to search for a specific date parameter, they can use the date picker in the top right-hand corner of the tab. They can choose the date range by either using the calendar or manually entering the dates. The application automatically fills the appropriate date format if the patient enters the dates manually.
If a patient selects any of the payments listed in the payment history, the payment receipt opens, and the patient can email or print the receipt.
Patients must close the receipt to return to the PAYMENT HISTORY tab.
