NextGen® Pay provides patients with many options that work together with your clinical portal solutions.
NextGen® Pay has the following features for payment:
- Merchant Account enables the overall processing of payment transactions based on practice, location, or provider accounts at the time of configuration.
- Online Bill Pay enables patients to set up a portal account and pay bills from within the patient portal using any device.
- PayNow enables payments without logging on, either from the portal landing page or through a link on your practice website, where patients can quickly pay their bills without logging on to their portal account.
- eStatements (if applicable) reduces billing costs by displaying eStatements to the patient in all NextGen® Enterprise payment UI (user interface) workflows.
- Engage Payments (if applicable) enables patients to submit a payment for their upcoming visit or a prior balance as part of their PreCheck process ahead of a visit.
- Virtual Visit Payments (if applicable) enables patients to submit a payment as part of the check-in process for a virtual visit.
