You can confirm that the staff IDs are mapped in Site Generator to enable secured messaging and routing rules to work. To map the Staff IDs, do the following:
- Open Site Generator for the practice.
- Select Medfusion Site Administration.
- In the Administrator – Setup/Access section, select one of the following.
- Personnel (Non-Physicians)
The Manage Your Physicians window appears.
- Select Edit Personnel to map the desired staff member.
- Select Mappings, and enter the Unique_ID in MedfusionREST – NextGen (Primary).
- Select Map Value.
The selected staff member is mapped with the NextGen® PxP Portal user.
