You need to verify that the external locations are mapped in Site Generator. This is useful when patient messages are not received in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Open Site Generator for the practice.
- Select Medfusion Site Administration.
- Under the Portal Solutions section, select Interface Setup.
The Interface Administration window for the selected practice appears.
- On the Interface Administartion window, select External Location Ids.
- Confirm if valid ID's exist under External Identifier.
