Verify External locations are mapped in site generator

You need to verify that the external locations are mapped in Site Generator. This is useful when patient messages are not received in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  1. Open Site Generator for the practice.
  2. Select Medfusion Site Administration.
  3. Under the Portal Solutions section, select Interface Setup.
    The Interface Administration window for the selected practice appears.
  4. On the Interface Administartion window, select External Location Ids.
  5. Confirm if valid ID's exist under External Identifier.
