You need to confirm the following to ensure the patient receives the Enrollment CCD, Clinical Visit CCD, Manual CCD (MSU), or Patient Requested CCD:
- Confirm that in Site Generator on the Manage Your Online Solutions page, the following solutions are enabled for the practice:
- Meaningful Use
- MU Reporting and Denominators
- Confirm that the patient in question is a registered NextGen® PxP Portal patient and has not received even a single CCD in NextGen® PxP Portal.
- Confirm that the Provider IDs are mapped in Site Generator. Mapping is required to enable secured messaging and routing rules to work. To map the Provider IDs do as follows:
- Confirm that the Staff IDs are mapped in Site Generator. Mapping is required to enable secured messaging and routing rules to work.
- Confirm if any CCDs are received for the practice through Utilization Report in Site Generator.
- Confirm if NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service, Rosetta Service, PxP Connector Service and NextGen API Service are running on the server where NextGen® PxP Portal services are installed. This can be viewed by opening the server and viewing service.msc.
- You need to verify that the correct PxP Agents are running in PxP Integration Tool (PPIT). This can be viewed under Clinical Quality Measure Events solution.
Note: If you have verified all the steps and patients are still not receiving the Enrollment CCD, Clinical Visit CCD, Manual CCD (Medical Summary Utility (MSU)), or Patient Requested CCD, contact NextGen Support.
