You can resend, replace, and edit the checklist attached to the appointment and update the staff review status for the appointment. You can also view, add, and edit the appointment notes.
 
  - Open your Luma Dashboard.
- Do one of the following:
   
    - Select Schedule.
- Select .
 
- In Schedule, select Table from the Day list next to Filters.
   
    The appointments appear in a table.
    
- Select the necessary appointment menu  , and then select View appointment Details. , and then select View appointment Details.
    You can also open the appointment details panel by selecting the appointment Status, Pt. Payments, Notes, Appt. Charge, Prior Balance, and Checklist Status values.
    
    The appointment details panel opens and displays the  Review tab. 
     
- To edit and resend the patient pre-visit checklist, from the Resend checklist  list, select Edit checklist, make the necessary changes, and then select Save and send. list, select Edit checklist, make the necessary changes, and then select Save and send.
- To replace the patient pre-visit checklist, from the Resend checklist  list, select Replace checklist, search for and select the appropriate checklist, and then select Replace and send. list, select Replace checklist, search for and select the appropriate checklist, and then select Replace and send.
- To review the appointment details, select the Overview tab.
- To add or edit appointment notes, select the add  icon, enter notes, and then select Save. icon, enter notes, and then select Save.
- To change the appointment status, select Needs Review next to the appointment date and time, and then select the appropriate status.
- Optional: To view the patient profile and confirm, cancel, or reschedule the appointment, select the menu  icon next to appointment status. icon next to appointment status.
- To move between multiple patients, select the up  and down and down arrows next to the Needs Review status. arrows next to the Needs Review status.
