You can review patient demographic updates that are generated through NextGen® PxP Portal or the NextGen® Patient Engage workflow. You can then accept and reconcile the patient information updates to NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- In PxP Portal Integration Tool, select ReviewQ,
.
The ReviewQ page opens displaying the updated patient records.
- To search for an update record, enter one or more of the search criteria, and then select Search.
The updated records appear.
- In the Update Type column, select Demographics
for the record you want to review.
The
Demographics tab opens, displaying the demographic updates for the selected patient. You can also select the
Insurance or
Health Data tab to view the respective updates.
Note: In the Accept Change column, a check box appears only for the rows where the EHR Data and Platform Data information (including blanks) varies.
- Verify the patient information in the EHR Data and Platform Data columns, select the corresponding check boxes in the Accept Change column, and then select Accept.
Note: To select all the updates, you can select the check box next to Accept Change on the header row.
PxP Portal Integration Tool saves the updated patient information and reconciles with
NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
When you review and accept all the changes in the Demographics tab, the next tab with pending updates opens by default and the Demographics tab is turned off.
