You can review records of demographics, insurance, and health data updates that patients submit through
NextGen® PxP Portal or the
NextGen® Patient Engage workflow on the
ReviewQ page. You can view the status of patient updates from the
Update Type column. A blue icon indicates pending patient information updates for review, while a grey icon indicates that patient information update is reviewed and accepted.
You can compare the updated patient information with the corresponding patient information in NextGen® Enterprise EHR then accept or reject the updates and reconcile it to NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
