Before you begin
Ensure that the
Test Results solution is turned on, and the email and SMS notifications are turned on in Site Generator.
Ensure that the practice is on NextGen® Enterprise API version 6.0.0.1363 or later, and you can find the NextGen® API Suite Manager installed on your system.

You can view the lab orders and test results as soon as they are available on the
Test Results page in
NextGen® PxP Portal. You can download, print or share the lab results.
Note: The Test Results are refreshed on a scheduled cadence at 4 PM EST and 11 PM EST.
- Open NextGen® PxP Portal, and then from the dashboard or the left pane, select Test Results.
The
Test Results page opens displaying Test Results list .
- To view a test result, select the test result from the list or enter the test name in Search test results.
A list of test results appear.
Note: The results that are out of the normal reference range is indicated by the

icon.
The Comments from your care team field appears only when there is an entry from the provider. The comments are fetched from the Patient Comments field located on the Order in the Orders Module.
- To share, download or print a test result, select Share, Download or Print respectively.
