Before you begin
Ensure that the
Test Results solution is turned on, and the email and SMS notifications are enabled in Site Generator.

You can enable the email and SMS settings in
NextGen® PxP Portal to receive the test result notifications through email and SMS on your mobile device.
Note: The email and SMS notification are applicable only for Test Results, and are distinct from Health Record updates.
- Open NextGen® PxP Portal.
- On the home page, select Account, and then select Edit.
The My Account page opens.
- Select Preferences.
The
Preferences tab opens.
- To receive email notification, under Communication, select the Email check box for Test Result Information.
- To receive SMS notification, under Communication, select the SMS check box for Test Result Information.
- Select Save my changes.
