If your practice uses Instant Medical History (IMH) intake forms in NextGen® PxP Portal, you must configure the IMH URL and encryption key. IMH is a third-party medical intake system that integrates with NextGen® Enterprise EHR to provide pre-visit questionnaires and forms to patients.
- In PxP Portal Integration Tool, select Practice Config

The Practice Config page opens.
- Select the IMH tab.
- In Base URL, enter the IMH URL for your practice.
- In Key, enter the encryption key for the IMH URL.
- Select Save.
The IMH URL and key are saved to the NextGen® PxP Portal database.
