The Ordering field displays the name of the provider from the case properties.
The Rendering and Supervising fields displays the Rendering and Supervising provider names from the encounter properties.
The Primary Therapist field is an optional field.
The Onset/DOI Date and Post Onset/Injury fields are read-only. They show the date of injury pulled from the case and the number of days and weeks since the injury occurred.
The SOC Visits field tracks the total number of billable visits created for this patient since start of care.
If configured, select the Start Time field to record the start time of the patient visit. However, you can edit this field during the visit.
