Providers

The names of the ordering, primary, rendering, and supervising providers for the patient encounter appear at the top of the NTS Homepage template. The Ordering field displays the provider's name from the case properties. The Rendering and Supervising fields display the provider names from the encounter properties. The field labels correspond to the selected visit type as follows:

• For PT/OT and speech therapy, the labels are: Primary Therapist, Rendering Therapist, and Supervising Therapist.
• For chiropractic visits, the labels are: Primary Physician, Rendering Physician, and Supervising Physician.
• For audiology visits, the labels are: Primary Aud, Rendering Aud, and Supervising Aud.
