Before you begin
You must finalize pre-staged data for the encounter in the
Rapid Flowsheet template.
If data conflicts exist between the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template and the Single Visit template, the automatic import of flowsheet data cannot occur. You must review the conflicts and, if you accept them, manually import the data.
- Open the NTS Single Visit or NTS Chiro Single Visit template for an encounter that was finalized in the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template.
If the system detects data in any of the
Single Visit template fields, the
Rapid Flowsheet Import template opens and lists the data conflicts.
Note: If there are no data conflicts between the
Single Visit template and the
Rapid Flowsheet template, the system automatically imports the flowsheet data. The green
Rapid Flowsheet icon indicates the import is complete, and no further import-related action is required.
- Review the data from both templates, and then do one of the following:
- If you want to import the Rapid Flowsheet template data and overwrite the single visit content, select Accept.
- If you want to keep the single visit data, select Cancel. The yellow Rapid Flowsheet icon indicates conflicts still exist. You can import the data later (for example, after you make changes in the Single Visit template) by selecting the Import button next to the Rapid Flowsheet icon on the Single Visit template.
