Configure the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog

With the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template, therapists can easily switch between patients to quickly enter SOAP comments and exercises details. As a practice administrator, you can do the following to configure the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog:
  • Enable or disable the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog.
  • Allow therapists to pre-populate data for scheduled appointments. A holding tank stores the data until the patient is checked in. If the patient does not arrive, the system automatically deletes the pre-populated data at the end of the day.
  • Configure the worklog to automatically pull the exercises by default from the most recent encounter and insert them into the treatment grid.
  • Configure whether the Rapid Flowsheet Worklog link appears on the Patient Information Bar when users open a patient chart. For information about the Patient Information Bar, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Patient Information Bar User Guide for NextGen Enterprise EHR.
