Add Exercises from Exercise Sets or the Patient's Last Encounter
You can quickly add treatment exercises in advance of or during a patient appointment by doing the following:
Selecting a saved exercise set.
Copying exercises from the last encounter within the case where exercises were documented.
Open the NTS Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template, and then select an appointment row in the grid.
The Rapid Flowsheet template opens. If the location is configured to automatically copy exercises from the last encounter, the exercises appear automatically in the exercise grid. This automatic copy occurs only once.
Add treatment exercises to the exercise grid by doing the following:
To copy exercises from the last encounter, select Copy Last Exercises.
Note:
Exercises that were marked as done in the last encounter are automatically marked as D (Done) in the grid.
Selecting Copy Last Exercises more than once copies the exercises again, and you must clear the fields to start over.
To select exercises from a list of saved entries, select Exercise Sets, and then select an exercise set.
The added exercises are grouped in the grid by category and body part. They are placed below any existing exercises in each category and body part section in the grid.
To mark an exercise as done, select the exercise in the grid, select D, and then select Update.
If D is selected for an exercise that the patient is not doing during this session, select the exercise, clear the D checkbox, and then select Update.
Optional: If necessary, add more exercises.
Select Save and Close.
