Manage Diagnosis Codes in a Diagnosis Group

You can remove diagnosis codes and change the order of diagnosis codes in a diagnosis group.

1. On the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config template, expand the Manage Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel.
   Note: By default, all active diagnosis groups are displayed in the grid of the Add Diagnosis Group section. You can filter the values in the grid by selecting the View Dx groups created/modified today option or entering the desired value in the Show field.
2. Select the desired diagnosis group from the grid of the Add Diagnosis Group section.
   The results are as follows:

   • The details of the selected diagnosis group are filled in their corresponding fields of the Add Diagnosis Group section.
   • The diagnosis codes associated with the selected group are filled in the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid of the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section.
3. To remove diagnosis codes from the selected diagnosis group, do the following in the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section.
   1. Select the diagnosis code to be removed from the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid.
   2. To remove a diagnosis code from the grid, select the icon.
      The selected diagnosis code is removed from the grid.
   3. To remove all the codes from the grid, select the icon, and then select Yes on the confirmation message that appears.
      All diagnosis codes are removed from the grid.
   4. Select Update.
      The change is saved to the diagnosis group selected from the grid of the Add Diagnosis Group section.
4. To change the order of diagnosis codes in the selected diagnosis group, do the following in the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section.
   1. Select the diagnosis code to be moved in the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid.
   2. Select the or icon as needed.
