Ordering Diagnosis

Configure the IMO Diagnosis Template
In the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config template, scroll to the Diagnosis section. For IMO DX Template, select Enabled, and then enter the IMO template name that you use. Parent topic: Diagnosis Section

Enter a New Internal Script
These instructions are for the first time you enter information for an internal script. If an internal order exists for this patient, green text next the Manage button states “Internal Order Exists”. Select Manage. The NTS Script window opens. Select the Get Internal button. In the Ainf Script Int Scripts Dbp picklist, select the script you want to use. The information fills the fields. Select the For field and type in the body area or injury that the script is being written for. Select Add. The saved script moves to the grid on the right. Select Close. The window closes. The information is shown in the script fields on the NTS Homepage template. The diagnosis attached to the internal order is shown in the Ordering Diagnosis grid. Note: If you are tracking multiple scripts from multiple different referring providers, use the Script # field at the top of the window to separate and manage each script individually. Configure the Ordering Diagnosis by Visit Set
You can configure a visit set so that the following information is required before the therapist can submit charges: Users must select the Reviewed checkbox to indicate a review of the ordering diagnosis. Users must add an ordering diagnosis. When you make these required, the user cannot submit billing until they fulfill the configuration requirements. In the NTS Practice Config template, go to the Diagnosis section. Select the Visit Set you want to configure. Under Review Ordering Dx, select one of the following: Required. The therapist cannot submit charges until they mark the Reviewed checkbox. After the therapist selects the checkbox, it remains checked until a new ordering diagnosis is entered. Not Required. Hidden. The Reviewed checkbox does not appear on templates. Under Ordering Dx, select Required or Not Required to set whether an ordering diagnosis must be added before charges can be submitted. Search for a Diagnosis Code on the Common Assessments Template
If you do not see the diagnosis you need on the Common Assessments template, you can search for it. Select the Search field, and then enter the code or a word or words that describe the condition. Select Search. A search window opens with all codes related to your entry. Inf Common Assessment template Select the diagnosis code, and then select OK to add it to the Treating grid on the Common Assessments template. Select Save & Close. The diagnosis descriptions and codes that you have selected enter the Treating Dx grid on the Single Visit template. Parent topic: Ordering Dx and Treating Dx
