Hearing devices that need repair can be captured under the Hearing Aid Device Repair panel.
- Select the type of device to be repaired from the Device field. Then capture the Make, Model, Current Serial Number, and Action Taken.
- If the device was fixed in office and returned to the patient the same day, select the HA Device(s) Returned to Patient checkbox.
