Treatment Plan

Use the Treatment Plan grid to identify what action needs to occur after today’s visit. To enter a treatment, select the field above the grid, and then select an item from the picklist. For example: Refer back to primary physician, Consider referral to ENT physician, Continue intervention services as needed, and so on.
