In the NTS Audiology Single Visit template, expand the Plan panel, and then go to the Treatment Plan section.
If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty. Afterwards, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit.
Select a category of treatment activities by doing one of the following:
To enter general treatment activities, select Default.
To enter treatment activities specific to a specialty, select a specialty category.
Note: Administrators can configure categories and associated picklists in the NTS Picklist Manager practice template.
Select the Treatment field.
A picklist of treatment items opens.
Do one of the following to add all treatment activities you plan to use to rehabilitate the patient:
Select the items from the picklist, and then select Close or Done. As you select each item, it automatically appears the Treatment grid.
To enter a treatment that is not listed in the picklist, select the blank space in the list to close the picklist, and then enter the text in the Treatment field.
